Fix Usage snippet (real Gr00tPolicy API) and update Serving pointer The previous snippet used a nonexistent import path and classmethod. Replaced with the verified constructor call, documented the gated Cosmos-Reason2-2B backbone prerequisite, and pointed Serving at the inspect-robots-yam gr00t policy + /act shim (v0.13.0).
