Besides the Minimax license, why did you apply the Nvidia license? Does Nvidia really need it?
Legally I don't think Nvidia has any grounds to apply a license to someone else's work, especially if they haven't made any noteworthy changes to it. The license terms in the model card are probably just boilerplate from the template they apply to all models they upload.
