For Turbo i am happy with:

simple / beta / sgm_uniform / linear quadratic
It requires at least two small steps in the high sigmas for composition. It nicely fills in details in a huge denoising steps just like most modern models.
I haven't found a good way to shed the overcooked HDR look. Not spending a lot of time in the mid to high sigmas helps with that. But karras doesn't manage anatomy correctly.
